1. We accept returns within 14 days of the shoes arriving at your home
2. Shoes must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. The tag that guarantees the authenticity of the shoes must remain attached to allow the return.
4. All return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
5. To start the return process, the customer must contact our customer service to obtain detailed instructions on how to proceed.
6. Once we receive your return and verify that it complies with our policies, we will refund the amount of the returned item, excluding the original shipping costs.
7. Refunds will be processed using the same original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.
